What a pretty addition to this lovely basket!

Nantucket Heart Band

Stitch Count :300 W x 33 L

Fabric: 70mm White banding and 12" square 28ct Cashel for top.

Threads: Gentle Art Sampler Threads (Chamomile, Melon Patch, Morning Glory, Ohio Lemon Pie, Rhubarb), DMC Perle 8. The threads not only sound yummy but are oh so pretty to stitch!

Stitches: Cross Stitch, Backstitch, Satin.

Charm: Sterling Silver small sewing bird - but keep in mind this is a great piece to use your favourite charm/charms (in each heart). I thought it would be fun to use the basket charm in one.

At one point in my life, I lived in Massachusetts and I fell in love with the Nantucket baskets. How pretty they are. It seemed right to do a design on banding for the basket. Our pattern may be stitched to fit the inside or the outside, and if you wish there is a chart for the Sudberry basket top.
