The Swan Sampler was originally designed several years ago as a teaching piece, and I've always liked not only the colours and hues in it, but also the lovely swan charm. It should be noted that since swans mate for life, they have come to symbolize fidelity. They are also the birds of love accompanying Cupid and Venus.
